Welcome to All Out Mindset (“we,” “our,” or “us”), operated by Smart Coaching Systems Pty Ltd (Australia). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the All Out Mindset newsletter, website, content, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By subscribing (free or paid), accessing, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

• The Services are intended for athletes and individuals interested in mindset training, but are open to anyone who complies with these Terms.

• All content provided through All Out Mindset is for educational and informational purposes only.

• We do not guarantee specific performance outcomes.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell our content without prior written consent.

• You may share posts or excerpts for personal, non-commercial use with proper attribution.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• We offer both free and paid subscription options through Substack.

• Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until cancelled.

• Refunds and billing matters are managed by Substack under their policies.

• Any promotional offers (including discounts or referral rewards) are subject to change or discontinuation at any time.

4. Referral Program

• Subscribers may refer friends, family, or teammates using their referral link.

• When three referred individuals join the free plan, the referring subscriber will receive one free month of Premium.

• Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.

• We may modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.

5. Community Guidelines (Chat, Q&A, and Comments)

When participating in Premium Q&A, global chat, or any interactive feature:

• Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, or abuse.

• Do not spam or promote unrelated products or services.

• We reserve the right to remove comments or terminate access for any violations.

6. Disclaimer

• We are not medical professionals, psychologists, or licensed performance coaches.

• Content provided by All Out Mindset is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional advice.

• Always consult your doctor, coach, or qualified professional regarding health, injuries, or training decisions.

• Results will vary between individuals.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of our Services.

• You use All Out Mindset content and activities at your own risk.

• Subscriber data is managed in accordance with Substack’s privacy policies.

9. Termination
