Who’s Behind All Out Mindset?
Highly paid professional athletes dedicate enormous time and resources to mindset training because they know it gives them the edge. There is no reason why an amateur, a youth player, or an aspiring professional cannot apply the very same principles to their own sport.
My name is Ben Foulis, and I created the All Out Mindset Academy because I believe mindset is one of the most powerful yet overlooked training vectors in sport. Most athletes put in the hours on fitness, skills, and recovery, but very few train their mindset with the same discipline. That is what gives an edge to those who choose to go further.
🎓 Masters Degree in Data Science – I am trained to analyze systems, spot patterns, and break down complex problems into simple steps that work in the real world.
⚽ Liverpool FC International Academy (Lead Coach Contract) – Through my time with Liverpool’s global academy program, I learned the mindset skills and training approaches being taught to young athletes at one of the most competitive levels in world sport.
👨👩👦 Volunteer Community Coach – I currently coach youth football in my local community as a way to give back to the same community that gave me so much as a young player. Here, I see how mindset makes the difference between athletes who thrive and those who stall.
🏃♂️ Lifelong Athlete – I have competed in football, mountain bike racing, track cycling, and running events. Today, with two damaged meniscus in my knees, my competitive days are behind me, but I continue to push myself through long-distance multi-day hiking and more leisurely mountain biking.
🐶 Proud Dog Dad – Away from the field and the trails, I am kept on my toes by two doodle puppies who remind me daily about energy, persistence, and the joy of movement.
I stumbled across sports psychology and mindset training too late in my competitive career, and I often look back regretting that I never trained my mindset with the same dedication that I trained everything else. The next best thing I can do is help others use this powerful approach to become more complete athletes and achieve their next level.
